Old way, New way

This is what my room looked like before we fixed it up. I hated the house when I first saw it. But if you look at the picture below, you will understand why I now like my room. The house is close to our old ward, actually our old ward is right across the street! But, all the same, I like our new ward just as much.This is my room! It’s in my new house and i love it! The color is green, the bedspreads are lots of colors, and we get our own bathroom and walk-in-closet! SWEET!

The carpet is new to. It used to be grayish brownish, when it was really supposed to look like it was white! It was really gross. When we first moved in I though”this is going to be awesome sharing a room with my little sister,” but now, it’s messy everyday, and wehave to clean it before we can play.

This is our house before it was really ours, and were waiting for it to become ours. The picture of our house now after it’s been fixed up would be below but it won’t load so it is not there.

This is the master bedroom’s bathroom. This is what it looked like when we first moved in. The last picture ,that is below is the master bedroom’s bathroom, and it looks WAY better now that we have fixed it up.

This is the new master bathroom! It looks amazing right. I like it. Actually not like it, but love it!

Practically Two More Weeks!

When you read, Practically Two More Weeks, you may be wondering what that means. It means two more weeks until school is out! I’m actually kind of sad that school is almost over, because I like school. If you read that you may even think I’m crazy. School is fun, and I’m good at it. But, I’m also excited for school to get out, because, The fist week out of school, my two older sisters go to girls camp with my mom, and then my dad is left with the two younger ones, and me because I don’t turn 12 till september. And I even get to sleep at my mom’s mom’s house, but sadly, only for 1 night. Then, We get the week with our dad. The next week, we are going to ST. GOERGE! We are going to stay at the hotel we have been staying at the past two years. The first year we went we saw Footloose. It was amazing! The next year was tarzan. It was okay, but not my favorite, This year we are seeing the little mermaid, and greese. Exciting.

WE ARE GETTING CLOSER TO BEING FINISHED!

Our house is almost finished. We are getting so close. I have to say, I hated ze house at first, but now I’m kinda getting more and more vused to it. Its getting better, and, now vwe only have to get ze carpet in, and paint ze rooms in ze basement, and zen ve have to finish making ze house zook all nice, zen ve are all finished! I Fink. My favorite color is green, and surprisingly, my room is plain green. And though I am the one who doesn’t need the bathroom, I get it in my room. But I do have to share with my little sister. Her favorite color is pink, and our bathroom vas going to be pink, but my mom thought that it didn’t look good with ze tile. So ze bathroom is green now. Cam’s room is going to be red, black, and grey, that’s why i’m writing in red. Sydnee’s room is going to be a bright yellow. That is why I am writing in yellow. Deetles favorite color is blue, and I think that’s what the color of his room is going to be.

My parents room is a pale blue, and ze room looks great!

WE ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE THE MOST CREATIVE PARENTS IN THE WORLD!

W........W means, warm weather. It is finally starting to warm up! This whole week other than today, i think is supposed to be in the 60’s. That is amazing weather! I wish it was summer, but close enough, this weather is going to feel perfect, even though in the summer it is sometimes to hot, OR just right. School is almost over, though and summer will be here soon enough. We go hiking in the summer, and swimming, and have tons of sleepovers with our friends, and we just exercise and have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well enough with that, warm weather is just what we have been needing for quite awhile. Its been so cold lately, and we need spring to come.

Our new house....... is getting better!

At our new house, we are painting ripping out the carpet, and doing everything we can to make it our best. It is fun to do all of the work, but mostly, it’s tiring. We work everyday, but sunday, and we stay up until, around 10 or 11. Its sad but we are living through it, and that’s even on school nights. But the only nights we go over there that isn’t a school night, is friday and saturday. It’s fun though because we can go back and forth between the two houses. My room is already painted. The bathroom is a light, pale, pink. Just the room though is a light, pale, green. My mom picked out the colors, but she didn’t because, my little sister and I wanted a green and pink bedroom, she picked out the shades for the colors that were going in my room.

New house, Old house

We have finally sold our house, and found a house close by, that still lets us walk to school! It’s right across from the elementary, and junior high. Sad thing though, we won’t be in the same ward as we are now. The house we are going to move into is filled with mold. But, by the time we are finished with it, it will be as beautiful as our house is right now. Hollies and my room is upstairs, just like the master bedroom. Sydnee’s, Dallin’s, and Cambri’s are all going to be in the basement. We only have a 2 floor house. So an upstairs and a downstairs. Our house is going to be the best house down the road. The house is nice, but it will be even nicer, when we are finished. It’s going to be so colorful, mine and hollie’s room is green and pink, cambri’s is going to be black, red and white. Sydnee’s is going to be a bright, pale yellow, and dallin’s, well I don’t really now what color his is going to be yet. But, every room in our house is going to be different colors.

Selling and Moving Stinks!

My family is trying to sell our house, and when we actually got an offer on our house, they backed out because they had put an offer on a different house as well, but they thought they weren't going to get it, but they did so they had no choice but to take off their offer. So, we were all packed and then we unpacked just yesterday ( except the books). Now we are trying to sell it to someone else and hope someone will like it and put a good offer on it. Trying to move as a hard thing to do. And a hard desision as well.

Scriptures I've memorized

In January, my family and I set a goal to memorize a scripture every month and in January our scripture was,"For christ hath said, if ye will have faith in me, ye will have power to do whatsoever thing is expedient in me." In February the scripture was," But charity is the pure love of christ and it endureth to the end, and whosoever is found possessed of it at the last day it shall be well with him." The latest one was March and that was,"Let thy bowels also be full of charity towards all men. And to the household of faith let virtue garnish thy thoughts unceasingly. Then thy confidence will wax strong in the presence of God, and the doctorine of the preisthood shall distill upon thy soul as the dews from heaven." The next scripture is going to be based on Patience.

My sister Cambri loves to take pictures with us. She makes the poses then she takes the picture. Snap! I took pictures with her today! I wore a lime green shirt, and jeans. She straightened my hair, and put on some makeup, then she got right to it! My sister is amazing. This is one of the pictures she took the one above. She is so good at taking pictures, not just good but amazing.

Our Trip to Arizona

Two weeks ago my family and I went to Arizona to visit our cousins. We hiked on the red rocks, and we played scooter roads (a game we made up), tetherball, and stuck our feet in their pool. We watched Knight and Day the last night we were there, had popcorn and ice cream. I got a really big headache that night, and me and my cousin Ashley slept on the air mattress, and it technically deflated on us around the edges, so we were crowded in the middle, so we decided to go lay on her couches at 6 a.m. Then our moms came in in their jogging clothes, and went running. I had so much fun in Arizona!
